Frequently Asked Questions

Will the carrier bring the cabinet inside?

Most deliveries are made to your doorstep, curbside, or the first safe delivery area available to the carrier. In most cases, carriers are not required to bring large furniture items inside your home, upstairs, into a specific room, or provide assembly service.

We recommend having someone available to help move the package indoors, especially for larger cabinets.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier’s policy. Additional fees or delivery delays may apply.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Some items may ship in multiple boxes, and the boxes may arrive on different days depending on the carrier’s routing.

Please check your tracking information carefully to see if there are multiple tracking numbers or separate package updates. If the remaining box does not arrive within a few business days, contact us and we’ll help check the shipment status for you.

What if my tracking stops updating?

Tracking may pause for a short time while the package is in transit between carrier facilities. This is common for large furniture shipments and does not always mean the package is lost.

If there has been no update for several business days, please contact us with your order number. We’ll help follow up with the carrier and keep you updated.

What should I do if the box arrives damaged?

If the outer box arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package before opening it. Then carefully check the parts inside.

If any part is damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us with your order number, photos of the box, and photos of the damaged part. We’ll help review the issue and provide the best available solution.

What if the doors or drawers do not line up?

Slight misalignment can sometimes happen during assembly or after the cabinet is moved into place. In most cases, it can be adjusted by checking the screws, hinges, drawer slides, or leveling feet.

Please make sure the cabinet is placed on a flat surface and review the assembly steps related to the doors or drawers. If you still need help, contact us with photos or a short video, and we’ll guide you through the adjustment.
