Return & Exchange Policy

I. Basic Return Rules

This policy applies to all panel cabinet products currently on sale on the Chartustriable official standalone website (including entryway cabinets, storage cabinets, etc.), excluding customized products. All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, payment information, etc.) and will be free of any charges throughout the process (including shipping fees, packaging fees, etc.); all related costs will be borne by Chartustriable.

1. Return Period: Standard panel cabinets may be returned within 30 days after receipt; certain special promotional models may support returns for up to 60 days, subject to the product detail page. Late requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Rules: After we receive the returned product and inspect and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 48 hours, refunding the actual amount paid for the product and the original delivery fee. The refund arrival time usually does not exceed 14 business days.

3. Core Conditions: The product must be brand-new, unused, unassembled, free from damage or stains, resalable, retain the complete original packaging and all accessories, and be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

4. Special Feedback: If a large panel cabinet has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, feedback and proof must be provided within 3 business days after receipt; overdue cases will be transferred to the warranty system. Proof of quality issues must be submitted within 7 days; otherwise, the issue will be handled as a non-quality issue.

II. Return Initiation Process

1. Application Method: You may initiate a return through “My Orders” on the official website, online customer service (including the hotline), or email (service@chartustriable.com). Order information and relevant supporting materials must be provided.

2. Review and Dispatch: Customer service will provide the review result within 24-48 hours. After approval, whether for large items or small items, we will provide the return label, with no fees throughout the process.

3. Notes:

  •  If product photos and proof of purchase are not provided as required, we have the right to refuse the return.
  •  After receiving the operation instructions, you must complete the shipment or cooperate with pickup within 1 week; late requests will not be accepted.
  •  If you miss a scheduled door-to-door pickup without reason, you may reschedule, and the relevant costs will still be borne by us.

III. Return Eligibility (Returnable/Non-returnable Conditions)

(I) Returnable Conditions

  •  The product meets the core conditions in the Basic Rules of this policy, and valid proof of purchase is provided.
  •  The product has a quality issue or the model/color does not match, and proof is submitted within the specified time limit.
  •  Slight color differences determined by professional judgment may be returned through a normal return application.

(II) Non-returnable Conditions

  •  The product has been assembled or modified, or has human-caused damage, stains, or other conditions that affect resale.
  •  Customized products, clearance special-price products, Final Sale products, and samples do not support no-reason returns (except for quality issues).
  •  Separately purchased accessories that are not matching accessories from the original order, and products shipped to regions outside the U.S. mainland.
  •  No valid proof of purchase is provided, quality issues are reported after the deadline, or the product has natural wear and tear.

IV. Exchange Rules

1. Non-customized cabinets may apply for one free exchange within the 30-day return period and must meet the core return conditions.

2. Exchange Process: Submit a return application and indicate “Exchange”. After approval, the return and refund will be processed, and you will then place a new order to purchase the target product. The relevant costs will be borne by us.

3. Exchanges beyond one time will be handled as normal returns. Accessories do not support exchanges. You may contact customer service to request a panel sample for confirmation to avoid unnecessary exchanges.

V. Supplemental Notes

1. We have the right to determine whether the return/exchange conditions are met based on the actual condition of the product and reserve the final right of interpretation.

2. In cases of malicious damage or false reporting of quality issues, we have the right to refuse the return and pursue liability.

3. If you have any questions, you may consult us through online customer service, the hotline, or the designated email, and we will reply within 24 hours.

4. Matters not clearly specified in this policy shall be handled with reference to the relevant instructions on the official website; if the rules on the product detail page are inconsistent with this policy, the product detail page shall prevail.
